MIR CALLS FOR UNITY

PHC Mirwaiz Kashmir Moulvi Muhammad Omer Farooq at their respective residences. While discussing the prevailing situation, Mir stressed upon the unity and joint strategy viz-a-viz the long standing Kashmir dispute.
He said, it is the right time for freedom leaders to unite. So that a good notion may spread over Kashmiris, freedom loving people and on entire international community regarding Kashmir issue. He said, I fully support Five Point Program and other programs given by APHC (G) for the peaceful solution of Kashmir dispute. Mir said, Jammu & Kashmir dispute is an international issue and subject of several UN resolutions. He said, complete independence is the best solution of Kashmir, but whatever the people of Kashmir decide that will be acceptable to all. He said, we demand that armed AFSPA be withdrawn, stop killing innocents people, arrests and Govt. should release innocent Kashmiri youths including pro-freedom leaders.

Mir, alleged Indian forces for thrust aggression on peace loving people of Kashmir day by day. Since June in the valley under 110 youths have been killed by Indian forces and thousands have been injured. He appealed international community to come forward and make efforts for the peaceful resolution of Kashmir issue, keeping in view the wishes and aspirations of Kashmiri people.
